Laser Cutting
Allplates is committed to benefiting its customers with the highest quality laser cutting service.
This is achieved by using state of the art Trumpf equipment, the latest programming software and the expertise of an industry focused company. Along with the advantage that is provided with faster quoting and processing time.
Our laser also has the added benefit of Rotary Axis Laser Cutting. This allows the cutting of any tube or pipe either round, rectangle or square. The rotary lasers high flexibility allows it to cut almost any profile whether on the end or along the length of square, rectangle, or round tube.
Multiple part features, which traditionally would have required several conventional machine tools and consecutive process, can now be carried out automatically on this single machine.

CNC Punching
Allplates has invested in the latest state of the art Trumpf CNC punch. This machine has the ability run virtually unmanned with a fully automated load/unload attachment allowing a cost effective solution for our customers.
Rapid processing speeds and lower operating costs can make CNC punching a cheaper profiling solution than laser cutting, depending on part complexity and batch size.
Punching also has the ability to generate formed features such as louvers, countersinking holes, dimples, indentation etc.

Bending
Allplates uses the latest CNC technologies to precision bend and form parts up to 3.200m as required by our customers.
The TrumaBend 6 axis CNC press brake offers bending technology in a package designed for easy, cost-efficient and highly accurate bending. Accompanied with a 3.00m Gasparini and a 1.20m Amada upstroking machine.
We can handle prototype work and provide solutions for a smooth manufacturing transition into volume driven production runs.
